As we grow, we’re looking for an Head of Operations - France to make the operation team grow, ensure the filling of our houses or apartments and offer the best service to our tenants while ensuring fluid internal processes and permanent monitoring of the activity.

Your main missions will be :

Management
• Recruit & train of the Ops team meant to become the largest team within Colonies.
• Manage organization and processing of the team to ensure scalability of operations across a multitude of locations.
• Lead and coach a team focused on delivering the best experience for our tenants.

Operations & Customer service
• Maintain high standards in the way we operate our locations and the experience we offer ensure profitability on all open locations.
• Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes as we grow.
• Contribute to the implementation of tech-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, profitability and customer experience across all locations (CRM, property management SaaS, project management tools…).
• Define and apply customer service best practices to keep improving customer experience.

Sales & Leasing management
• Build and train a sales practice within the Ops team to improve conversion rates of leads and optimize revenue for each location.
