About the Role

Coinhouse’s mission is to help Companies and Individuals benefit from the cryptocurrency revolution.

Our marketing team is at the forefront of this mission: they help our clients make the most out of Coinhouse’s platform and services, whether it’s buying, selling or staking cryptocurrencies, or benefiting from our investment services.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be in charge of managing our Social Media strategy and engaging with our communities, adapting his/her approach to the different audiences we talk with (Professional investors, Crypto-fans, non-specialists who want to understand cryptos etc.)

It is a fast-paced role that fits high-energy, creative and tech-savvy people, ready to build the crypto bank of tomorrow.

Job Description

As part of the Marketing team, the Social Media Manager reports to the Head of Branding and Communication (along with the Graphic Designers and the Content Managers).

The job is built around seven main missions:

  1. Animate and engage with our communities on all of our Social Network (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram…), adapting our approach to the specificities of the audiences we talk with on each network
  2. Create amazing contents for each network : define the publishing strategy, create the contents yourself or with the help of our Graphic Designers and Content Managers (pictures, stories, lives, blogs articles, snack video contents etc.)
  3. Embody our Brand and its tone of voice : as a Social Media Manager you will be the voice of Coinhouse and, as such, you will be in charge of embodying our personality and values to make crypto accessible to everyone
  4. Prepare and manage specific Social Media campaigns, whether it’s part of a larger Branding effort (360 campaigns) or stand-alone initiatives to boost engagement on a specific audiences
  5. Answer our customer questions on the different networks, coordinating with the Customer Support team when needed
  6. Monitor and analyze our KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
  7. Produce competitive analyses and regularly benchmark our approach vs. our main competitors and the new trends and practices on each network

We are thus looking for someone who is passionate about crypto and new technologies, keen to develop and strengthen his / her expertise in the field, and able to animate different communities to help us popularize cryptos for european investors.

Preferované skúsenosti

Main requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, working on missions related to Social Media and /or Digital Content Creation
  • Strong interest in new technologies and especially of the Cryptocurrency/Blockchain sector
  • Fast learner, who is able to understand complex concepts and translate them into creative contents to make them accessible to as many people as possible
  • High level of autonomy and organization (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information and requests)
  • Ability to take initiatives, suggest new ideas and improvements
  • Native in French and fluent in English
  • An effective team worker; naturally collaborative and supportive

It is advantageous if you have/are

  • A previous experience in a rapidly-growing and / or changing environment
  • Experience in using Social Media management tools (e.g. Reech, Influence4you)
  • A third language (Spanish / German / Italian) is a plus
