Our marketing team is at the forefront of this mission: they educate investors about Coinhouse products and help our clients make the most out of Coinhouse’s platform and services, whether it’s buying, selling or staking cryptocurrencies, or benefiting from our investment services.

To support our growth, we are looking for a CRM & Loyalty manager who will strengthen the community of our customers by providing relevant content to keep them happy throughout their investment journey with us.

It is a fast-paced role that fits high-energy, data and performance oriented people, ready to build the crypto bank of tomorrow.

Job Description

As part of the Marketing team, the CRM & Loyalty Manager reports to the Head of Performance Marketing and the Chief Revenue Officer (who is in charge of the business development of the company).

The job is built around two main missions:

  1. Manage our Emailing / CRM strategy including Customer Segmentation, emailing tool and workflows, and the use of any relevant customer-base activation tools (including but not limited to text messages, display retargeting etc.)
  2. Animate our Community of Premium and Platinum customers by providing exclusive content, additional services and by organizing quality events (webinars, trainings, conferences)

As a Loyalty Manager, you are first and foremost in charge of implementing a Retention Strategy, managing all the tools we can use to engage with our customers, making sure they stay active on our app and can benefit from our different products. It includes :

  • Manage our emailing workflows for both retargeting and retention purposes; coordinating with the Branding and Content team to harmonize the assets with our Brand Platform
  • Build and refine our Customer Segmentation based on available data
  • Challenge the tools we use (currently Sendinblue, to be changed) and roll-out the mandatory migration and implementation of new tools
  • Monitor performances and regularly optimize our assets to maximize the ROI on your scope

You are also in charge of animating the different communities of clients (Classic, Premium, Platinum, B2B). As such, you will be asked to :

  • Define an annual calendar of animations for each community in order to provide quality content to our clients (including webinars, training, events etc.)
  • Organize gatherings and events to implement this roadmap, whether they are meant to all of our clients or are exclusively accessible for our top clients; and coordinating with the key internal stakeholders (Research Team, Sales team)
  • Coordinate with our experts to produce and share high quality content for our community

Referral is also a key aspect of the role, you will be asked to imagine and implement a Referral program making it easy for our customers to help their relatives access the crypto ecosystem.

Main requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, working on missions related to CRM / Emailing / Loyalty / Referral program
  • Data-driven, with an ability to easily analyse business and customer data, draw insights and act on them to improve our efficiency
  • High level of autonomy and organization (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information and customer requests)
  • Ability to take initiatives, suggest new business ideas and process improvements
  • Native in French and a good English is mandatory
  • Strong interest in new technologies and especially of the Cryptocurrency/Blockchain sector
  • An effective team worker; naturally collaborative and supportive

It is advantageous if you have/are

  • A previous experience in a rapidly-growing and / or changing environment
  • Working knowledge of Emailing tools (Sendinblue, Hubspot, Mailjet, etc.)
  • Experience in using analytic tools and building / maintaining business monitoring dashboards (e.g. datastudio, spreadsheets)
  • Technical acumen - you do not need to be an engineer or a developer, but must understand how systems are built
  • A third language (Spanish / German / Italian) is a plus
