To this end, we offer our optimized technical assessment platform, “CodinGame Assessment”, with practical programming exercises and multiple choice questions. The quality of these questions and exercises is crucial to maintaining an excellent and fair experience for candidates.

As a Technical Content Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategies related to evaluation content. You must be equally comfortable discussing technical issues with the development team and customer needs with the sales team.

Your main missions will be to:

• Lead, develop, and be responsible for the content of the assessment product
• Establish the roadmap for adding questions, exercises and new technologies
• Implement an efficient workflow for the creation of quality technical content
• Recruit and manage freelance experts capable of creating technical content
• Monitor and optimize content quality through data analysis, customer input and proactive research
• Collaborate with the R&D, Marketing, Product, and Sales departments

To be comfortable in this position, you’ll need the following skills:

• Experience as a project manager
• Technical background in IT development
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good writing skills
• Management experience with freelancers
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; French is a plus
