The Product team’s mission is to create the application that will allow Brigad to achieve its vision and mission. They work on building the best user experience, by communicating with the CX and Sales teams daily to identify users’ needs and design the features to meet those needs.
The Community Experience team takes care of both the talents and businesses that use our application. They are in charge of the whole user journey, from signup to the first mission on the platform, guaranteeing the best possible experience.
The People team is the dedicated point of contact for all internal staff. Their target is to recruit tomorrow’s workers, to accompany them along their career path with Brigad and allow them to progress and develop in a professional and welcoming work environment.
The Marketing & Brand teams’ mission is to make Brigad stand out to self-employed professionals and businesses. The Brand team makes sure every point of contact with our brand reflects our values, our ambition and our mission. The Marketing team’s main role is to attract new users through online and offline channels.
The sales team is mainly made up of SDRs, Business Developers and Key Account Managers. Their work involves presenting all the advantages of the application to businesses and accompanying businesses already on the platform with the deployment of their activity.
The Sales team is divided into four different units: Hospitality France, Hospitality UK, Healthcare France, and Key Accounts.
The Tech team builds and improves the platform on a daily basis, in close collaboration with the Product team.
The team is split up into three specialities: Front-end, Back-end, and Data. The Front-end team develops the parts of the site and application that users see. The Back-end team develops the application’s engine. The Data team provides solid data to every Brigad team so that they can make clear and strategic decisions.
The Finance team is in charge of consolidating financial data, strategic planning, cash flow management, and ensuring Brigad’s economic soundness.
The team is very involved in the business activity and works hand in hand with the Sales team.
