Job description

→ Your mission

Your mission will be to build what marketing at Brigad will look like in the coming years and to significantly impact our playbook to make it even more scalable.

As a key member of our leadership team and reporting to our COO, your role will consist in leading all marketing/ growth activities to accelerate Brigad’s Hypergrowth across all verticals (Hospitality, Healthcare), all types of users (businesses and brigaders) and all markets (France & UK and many more tomorrow)

Your responsibilities

  • Be responsible for defining Brigad’s Marketing/ growth strategy and building budgets.
  • Own growth targets on both the brigader and the business side of the platform.
  • Drive the implementation and execution of scalable marketing strategies and tactics to achieve key results.
  • Lead all acquisition and retention activities across all verticals and markets for both brigaders and businesses, including: Lead Generation, Acquisition (Paid Search, Social, SEO,…), CRM, Community programs,…
  • Build and lead a world class marketing organisation (cu by hiring and developing talent and scaling the team to meet aggressive growth goals. The current team is made of 4 people and we expect it to grow to ~20 people in the next 2 years
  • Instil a data-driven and Hypergrowth oriented culture within your teams.
  • Be an active member of our Leadership team and participate in the building of semestrial strategic plans (OKRs).

Preferred experience

  • At least 5 years of experience either in marketing leadership roles or in general management/ business leadership roles
  • Experience in a fast growth environment
  • Having both a B2B and a B2C experience is a strong plus but not required
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering on growth metrics such as revenue generation, user acquisition, retained active users, etc.
  • An ROI driven approach of marketing but also a risk taker
  • Experience managing a budget and making tradeoff decisions to drive the most impact for a product
  • Ability to define, grow, and empower a marketing organisation best aligned to the needs of the business
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Great management skills as well as experience managing external agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English native or bilingual, a good level of French is a must
