→ Your mission

Your role will consist in turning the top 20 groups of the Hospitality and Healthcare industries into Brigad users. You will be responsible for closing these groups and maintaining a strong level of relationship with the C-level members.

→ Your responsibilities

-Map the group and define your hunt strategy.
-Develop a strong network in the Hospitality and Healthcare industries.
-Engage with C-level people (HRD - COO - CFO - CEO) to generate interest and to understand their current HR challenges.
-Build a long term strategy with the decision-makers and make them “Brigad sponsors” over time.
-Engage with all other necessary stakeholders to make Brigad an official supplier (Finance, Legal, etc).
-Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and Finance teams to maximize your chances of success and to provide them with direct feedback from clients.
