→ Your mission

Your role will consist in leading International Expansion beyond France and the UK. You will define, own and execute a playbook to test and launch new international markets.

→ Your responsibilities

This role is key for the future of Brigad. By 2027, our ambition is to allow 80k talents to change their lives by becoming self-employed and by giving them access to missions worth 1Bn€. More than half of this GMV (>500M€) will come from markets we are not addressing yet and that you will be launching. Our vision is to launch several markets at the same time and we believe in a pragmatic approach, testing different markets from Paris and accelerating in the ones that have the best traction. We also believe in a centralised approach, leading international expansion from Paris, in the continuity of what we have been doing to grow in the UK market.

• During the first months, you will define and execute a playbook to test new international markets “in real life” in order to test Brigad’s value proposition in different geographies.
• You will lead a dedicated squad composed of ops/ sales, marketing and product team members to drive the launch.
• Your goal will be to attract the first professionals and first businesses to the platform and to drive conversion.
• You will be responsible for setting targets, measuring the results of the tests and taking corrective actions where needed.
• You will take learnings from the test phase and identify the markets in which to accelerate and start to hire a team (sales and ops managers) to drive growth in the countries.
• You will report directly to the COO.

• You are a great project manager. You know how to lead by example and to drive cross functional leadership even when you don’t manage teams directly

• Having a successful managerial experience is a plus.

• You thrive in uncertain environments. You will face surprises every day. And depending on the playbook you will build, your role in 6 months will be very different from what it will be when you will be starting.

• You are both analytic and creative to be able to identify blockers, take corrective actions and measure their impact.

• You are fluent in English. A good level in French is a plus but not required.
