The SDR is part of the Batch Sales team. This team has already signed over 500 blue chip accounts in France and across Europe, and they want to sign 5,000 more! Come and be part of this elite band and play a key role in helping them realise this objective 🔥🔥🔥
His/Her goal is to generate the maximum number of relevant sales opportunities for the Key Account Manager thanks to his/her ability to recognise, identify and engage those prospects.
You’re curious, rigorous and independant and you’re made for a career in Sales.
You’re passionate about everything digital and are always learning new Sales techniques.
Customer relationships are your thing.
The ideal candidate will already have performed an initial sales role (including an internship) within the digital industry, and wants to consolidate this experience and develop further.
English native.
Batch conducts all its interviews in the same way, 4 simple and clear stps for each candidate:
1 - Initial call and introduction (15 to 30 minutes).
2 - Onsite interview with HR accompanied by the relevant Team Leader (45 minutes).
3 - Conduct and complete a Case-study, on-site or remotely.
4 - Meeting with one of the Batch cofounders (30 to 45 minutes).
At the end of this 4-step process, if successful, Batch will make a job offer to the candidate.
