You will work with the merchandising team, focusing on the US and Canadian markets:

RETAIL REPORTS:

• Weekly / monthly follow-up of the retail KPI’s (turnover, return rate, traffic, UPT).
• Weekly / monthly follow-up of the product performance (Best-sellers, category weight, season weight, markdown rate).

SUPPLYING / PLANNING:

• Filling stores’ stock requests (pushs, VIP clients, Marketing orders).
• Stock optimization for Retail: transfers between stores, replenishment orders, products to push, out-of-stock follow-up.
• Merchandising KPI’s follow-up: sell through, residual stock, margin, markdown rate.
• Improvement of the monitoring files using excel.

BUYING:

• Preparation of the buying session: Benchmark, price study, merchandising analysis on previous seasons.
• Participation to the pricing & buying session.
• Seasonal analysis: buying feedback, follow-up of the budget, module/potential analysis.

That list shall not be exhaustive, you will help the merchandise planner on other tasks (Store opening, merchandise planning for E-com, Wholesale market…). You may be given missions in NYC or other cities in US.

You’re currently looking for a graduation internship.

You are specialized in logistic, Supply Chain or buying, currently enrolled in a Business or engineering school.

You must be proficient in excel.

You are available from September until end of February (6 months).

We are looking for an organized and autonomy candidate with strong communication skills.

You are fluent in English & French.
