Ataway is looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Sales Executive to support its growth and expand its footprint in the EMEA Market.
Reporting directly to the French MD Sales, you will represent Ataway in order to establish and execute an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable sales growth by forging strong relationships with key partners and strategic clients.
Among others, primary target is large international accounts with complex IT international implementation projects.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Our ideal candidate has 5 to 8 years of sales, alliance, and business development experience (HR Software or consulting services sector) and a proven track record in managing alliances for selling service solutions to major customers (International). Working knowledge of the UKG or Oracle integration space is a plus.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Technology, or related discipline, he or she has a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior level executives, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives.
He or she is also savvy at navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within each organization and has the ability to think strategically, while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion within appropriate time frames.
Being fluent in both French and English is a must.

The process starts with a 30 minutes discussion about ourselves. If our ambitions match, we have the 1st interview (usually HR). After making sure that you have all the core competencies we are looking for, we schedule the 2nd interview (the technical/management interview). And then, if all the lights are greens, we always make sure that our candidates meet for 15 minutes our Managing Director. Usually it takes no more than 3 weeks!
