Dan is co-founder of ARMIS. He was previously Director of Strategy and Innovation at E.Leclerc until 2015. He started his retail experience at Ed/DIA (Carrefour group) as a project manager for the CEO of Ed/Dia, then spent 2 years in the field in stores and then created and managed the loyalty department of Ed/DIA. Dan started his career in product marketing at Danone, managing Petit LU brand.
Dan is an expert in marketing and digital transformation in retail. He is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University and ESCP Europe.
David is co-founder of ARMIS. He was previously Director of France & Southern Europe at AppNexus, a global leader in online advertising technology (adtech) and a pioneer in programmatic, and Co-founder/Partner of Triana Group, a New York-based gas pedal that helps innovative European companies expand into the US. David is an adtech expert. David is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Columbia University in New York. He is looking for candidates who are innovative, curious, autonomous and have an entrepreneurial spirit!
Barbara has been Head of Marketing & Communication at ARMIS for over 3 years. A graduate of INSEEC Paris with a Master's degree in Communication, she plunged directly into the world of B-to-B marketing with a first experience as Marketing Manager France and Germany at Nextperf (acquired by Rakuten). Barbara has always worked with key players in the adtech world with an experience at Temelio, CRM onboarder, as Communication Manager. Barbara joined ARMIS in order to build the global marketing strategy of ARMIS in France and internationally and to structure her team into real skill sets to achieve the business development and brand awareness objectives. She expects candidates to have a real desire to surpass themselves for a common goal while being rigorous and autonomous.
Antoine is a Talent Acquisition Manager. He coordinates recruitment processes and develops candidate acquisition strategies. A graduate of IESEG in Lille, he first worked as a Business Developer, then as a headhunter in a recruitment firm, before joining the HR team at ARMIS. Passionate about tech, Antoine joined ARMIS for the richness of the team, the growth of the company and to evolve in a complex technological environment. Amélie is Operations Support Lead at ARMIS. After 7 years at Up'n BIZ (formerly Evo'Portail), first as Deputy General Manager and then as Group Operations Manager, where she was in charge of deploying strategic directives to the operational teams, Amélie joined ARMIS to participate in the creation of a support team, and thus work on the expansion of the ARMIS Operations & Services team. She expects candidates to have a real knowledge of media platforms coupled with a desire to satisfy customers to the best of their ability in order to provide them with quality service.
Damien is a backend developer at ARMIS. Graduated from AFPA in software development and application design, he has been working at Ymagis - a company that supports cinemas in their digital transition - where he was able to work on many software and technical stacks, which allow him to collaborate on media creation projects. Damien decided to join ARMIS for the "evidence of the business plan", and thus help the teams to build the tools necessary for the development of the ARMIS product: in particular the media API, the interface of communication of ARMIS with the advertising platforms. But what he loves most of all are closets full of schokobons.
Solène is Lead Analytics & Business Intelligence at ARMIS. She graduated from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech. After experiences at Air Liquide in Singapore, in charge of digital projects, or as a financial analyst at Antuko, Solène decided to join the ARMIS adventure as soon as she finished her studies. It was the highly technical but business-oriented dimension of the company that convinced her. In particular, she participated in the development of ARMIS' GeoCircling technology, to make it the most accurate targeting solution on the market. She expects a candidate to be able to leave his or her comfort zone, to be rigorous, data driven and dynamic!
Gaëlle is Director of Product Management. After an engineering degree from ENSEIRB and a master's degree in virtual reality from ENSAM, she started her career in an augmented reality startup to participate in the launch of a virtual glasses fitting solution for retailers. She then continued her career at Quable, the first SaaS solution for Product Information Management. It is therefore logical that she joined ARMIS where she was able to set up a Product Management team, with whom she works to offer a digital solution that is more efficient than the paper catalog for retail networks while being more environmentally friendly. She is looking to recruit organized, empathetic and communicative collaborators who want to participate in a collective adventure.
Sébastien is the CTO of ARMIS. A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the London School of Economics, and a lover of applied mathematics, Sébastien began his career in the financial markets modeling stock prices and derivatives. Attracted by the technical and scientific challenges around programmatic ad buying, he then took the turn to online marketing and joined Nextperf where he set up and managed the Data Science and Innovation teams. In 2016, seduced by the Armis project and the potential to innovate around the issue of retail digitalization, he joined the two founders of ARMIS as CTO.
What he likes about Armis are the new and complex scientific problems, and the almost unlimited potential to innovate thanks to data and technology. He is looking for curious and passionate people who like to work in a team in an agile, rigorous and proactive way!
Laure is Human Resources Director at ARMIS. A graduate of Sciences Po Grenoble and CIFFOP, she began her career in the field as an HR generalist in the metallurgy industry and then on a production site in the chemical industry. Laure then completed her career by gaining experience in HR project management with an expertise in recruitment at Ubisoft. Laure chose to join ARMIS in order to build the entire HR function to best support the growth of the teams and the business.
She is looking for candidates who want to learn and evolve with the start-up, in a benevolent, collaborative and rigorous state of mind.
Astrid is a Sales Engineer at ARMIS. After studying at Saint Andrews University in Scotland and Sciences Po Paris, she joined ARMIS for her final internship and decided to stay with the team for her very first permanent contract. For her, it was important to join a human-sized company where she would have the opportunity to develop her technical and commercial skills. An opportunity she already had by coordinating the integration of DV360 to the ARMIS solution. The little extra for her: her mastery of 3 languages allows her to participate in the international development of ARMIS on a daily basis.
