Within the Ankorstart Sales Ops Team, you report to the Sales Ops Manager but sit directly with the Ankorstart Sales Teams. Your goal is to help our Sales team, operating in 3 core markets in Europe (France, UK, Germany), become more productive over time so we can scale our operations aggressively in the months to come.

What you will do :

Missions:

• Dashboarding/Reporting
• Build and release Salesforce dashboards allowing all Sales Team members (SDR, KRM, Team Lead, Leadership) to track performance and know what levers to action in priority
• Build and release Salesforce dashboards allowing Sales Performance and Leadership team members to surface productivity improvement margins
• Team Support:
• Be a privileged point of contact for the Sales Development Representatives and Key Retailer Managers team members, to collect and funnel their needs and maximize our tools and reporting’s adoption
• Participate in the construction and activation of mechanisms allowing the team to drive the surrounding teams contributing to our activities (e.g. Business Operations)
• Work closely with the Sales team to monitor their adoption of our tools and processes to maximize the efficiency of the Sales funnel
• Data Analysis/Strategic orientations:
• Deep dive Ankorstart performance through new angles of analysis and find areas of improvement to be communicated to the leadership
• Analyze and communicate sales performance to all our team members
