If you love to do mass-emailing with generic content, this job is not for you. We believe CRM should create value for our users. We believe we should send only personalized communications.
In Ankorstore, CRM department is also in charge of analyzing and understanding user’s behaviour and lifecycles. We want to implement action plans, in order to build a long term relationship with our users.
We are looking for someone able to manage content creation, coordinate with different country managers, work with design team members and integrators.
As a member of the CRM & lifecycle team, reporting to the project manager, you will work in full autonomy and be the pillar of CRM execution. You will:
Support the project Manager
Execute the Marketing communication plan
Support and empower countries’ teams
Monitor CRM performance
The experience we require
Master in Business / Marketing or Communication
Comfortable working with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, etc), tool configurations.
Good understanding of A/B testing methodology
Multi-language speaker is a big plus
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Customer.io, braze, etc) are a plus
Knowledge of html is a plus
