Your role:

You will be in charge of assisting our Senior People Partner in managing day to day tasks related to HR and office management for our Lille Office.

Entirely responsible for managing the following aspects of your assigned scope :

  • Answering day to day HR questions of employees (holidays, health insurance, public transportation, etc…)
  • Help for filling in payroll information in our HR tool (Payfit),
  • Establishment of addendum, contracts,
  • Administrative tasks related to hiring and leaving of employees,
  • Facilitate life in the office for employees and managers : helping in office moving, scheduling events, ordering material for the office etc.
  • HR communication support + HR data analysts reports,

What do you bring to the table?

  • First experiences/ previous internship in HR/administration, ideally in office management / communication,
  • You care about people enjoying the work they do,
  • You are known for your positive attitude,
  • You take on a collaborative, practical, and human-centric approach,
  • Excel skills are a plus,
  • Fluent French and good level of English.
