The job purpose is in this Infrastructure and Information Security department in charge of the 4 infrastructure pillars: Workplace, Network, Server, and Security.

The goal is to oversee the Datacenter and Cloud Services pillar in terms of managing people, operations, CPI processes, budget, service delivery and increasing quality of services, With a lot of interaction with Allianz France and Allianz Technology Central Team. The team is principally based in Neptune tower in Paris La Défense and in La Courneuve.

Delivrables:

• Drives resolution of business issues and ensures customer satisfaction, quality, cost efficiency, stability and technical performance for services, products and solutions within the area of responsibility
• Assumes full responsibility for FTE, budget, quality and timely delivery of output and costs for own area of responsibility

Skills :

a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences (education, certificates, special IT skills, languages etc.)

• Higher education degree in IT
• Relevant work experience as an IT Operation Manager
• Experience in IT Infrastructure organization is expected
• Strong Technical background (System Linux/Windows/ZOS, Virtualization, Storage, Batch…)
• ITIL Certification and strong knowledge of the cloud environment (AWS)
