Das Team in München befindet sich derzeit im Aufbau. Du hast die große Chance, als einer der ersten Mitarbeitenden dieses neue Kapitel bei Agriconomie aktiv mitzugestalten. Deine Aufgabe wird es sein, ein starkes Team aufzubauen, welches unser Business vorantreibt, um Marktführer im landwirtschaftlichen E-Commerce in Deutschland zu werden. Folgende Aufgaben gehören zu dieser Position:

• Admin: Du übernimmst Ownership für alle administrativen Aufgaben entlang des Employee Life Cycle
• Payroll: Gemeinsam mit dem externen Lohnbüro stellst Du den korrekten Ablauf des Payroll-Process sicher (Vorbereitung, Kommunikation und Nachbereitung)
• Recruiting: Du verantwortest den Aufbau des deutschen Standorts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Head of HR Frankreich und den Hiring Managern mit Hilfe von geeigneten Recruiting-Tools & -Channel
• Point of contact: Für Mitarbeitende, Management & Führungskräfte hast Du immer ein offenes Ohr, stehst mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und bietest kompetente Auskunft für alle HR-relevanten Fragen (Payroll, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht, Verträge etc.)
• HR-Prozesse & -Strategie Germany: Du Unterstützt bei Projekten zur Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Prozessen und HR-Strategien am Standort Deutschland in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Head of HR Frankreich 
• Culture & Employer Branding: Der Aufbau einer starken Unternehmenskultur, sowohl intern als auch nach außen für potentielle neue Mitarbeitende gehört ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben

The team in Munich is currently being developed. You have the great opportunity to be one of the first employees to actively shape this new chapter at Agriconomie. Your task will be to build a team which will drive our business forward in order to become the market leader in agricultural e-commerce in Germany. 

The following tasks are part of this position:

• Admin: You will take ownership of all administrative tasks along the employee life cycle
• Payroll: Together with the external payroll office you ensure the correct process of the payroll execution (preparation, communication and follow-up).
• Recruiting: You are responsible for the development of the German location in close cooperation with the Head of HR France and the Hiring Managers using appropriate recruiting tools & channels.
• Point of contact: For employees, management & executives you always have an open ear, are available with advice and assistance and offer competent guidance for all HR-relevant questions (payroll, social security and labor law, contracts, etc.).
• HR Processes & Strategy Germany: You support projects to develop and improve processes and HR strategies in Germany in close cooperation with Head of HR France. 
• Culture & Employer Branding: The development of a strong corporate culture, both internally and externally for potential new employees is also part of your tasks.

Dein Profil: 

• Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im HR-Bereich oder einer vergleichbaren Branche absolviert (BWL, Psychologie etc.) und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im HR-generalistischen Daily Business
• Du magst Abenteuer, Herausforderungen und arbeitest ergebnisorientiert 
• Deine People-Skills und Empathie zeichnen Dich aus
• Kommunikation ist Deine Stärke, dazu überzeugst Du mit Deiner Positivität und vertrauenswürdig
• Es motiviert Dich, Teil eines rasant wachsenden Unternehmens zu sein
• Du hast eine Leidenschaft dafür, Deine eigenen Ideen mit einzubringen und möchtest proaktiv an der Entwicklung des Standorts München mitwirken
• Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, aber auch die Kommunikation auf Englisch fällt Dir leicht. Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung

Your profile: 

• You have completed apprenticeship or studies in HR or a comparable area (business administration, psychology, etc.) and have at least 3 years of experience in HR-generalist daily business
• You like adventures, challenges and work result-oriented 
• Your people skills and empathy are what make you stand out
• Communication is your strength, in addition you impress with your positivity and trustworthiness
• You are motivated to be part of a rapidly growing company
• You have a passion for bringing in your own ideas and want to proactively contribute to the development of the Munich location.
• Excellent written and spoken German, but communication in English is also easy for you. Knowledge of French is a plus, but not a requirement
