Missions :
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at AGICAP, you will report to Chloé, TA Manager. In a context of hyper-growth, your role will be focussed on the French market, as well as our International offices when needed.
You will be responsible for :
• Recruit at least 3 new top talents each month, across Europe, particularly for the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations departments
• Know our ideal personas (profile, backgrounds, behaviour…) and adapt to local specificities
• Identify the needs of the team to establish job descriptions, candidate personas, and suitable recruitment processes
• Build an efficient and multi-channel sourcing strategy (inbound, outbound, referral)
• Actively hunt, on Linkedin, in order to approach and find the best profiles on the market
• Manage the new applications, do screening calls, filter, assess and coach the candidates to prepare them to the next steps
• Maintain a positive candidate-centric recruitment experience and share your feedbacks to improve our recruitment processes (persona, structured interviews, analysis of candidate feedback, workflows and tools)
• Monitor and communicate your performance through weekly reports
• Participate in improving the employer brand (content creation, management of partners) and establish Agicap as the leading brand for SMB cashflow management in Europe
• Work closely with the other teams to constantly improve our process and alignment with revenue goals and efficiency
