The Product Knowledge Manager Data Integration is the reference point in terms of data integration on his given scope (including bank sync, accounting and invoicing software). His goal is to make sure the product team developments are aligned with the strategy and needs. He is involved in complex and technical issues of our API integrations (bank connectors & accounting/invoicing software), working closely with the PMs and Techs.

The role can be based in the Lyon or in the Milan office.

As a Product knowledge Manager you will :

• Become the data integration expert for the Customer Success and Sales teams in your local markets (Italy) → solve complex and technical issues, be the main point of contact for the teams and report to top management on data integration health per country
• Be the main main point of contact for our Bank aggregator partners → ensure the highest level of support and discuss new bank integration prioritization to maximize our coverage and stability
• Based on your field knowledge, work closely to the Product Managers and their developers to improve integrations, discuss fixes and new development prioritization
• As a bank and integration expert, you will be in charge of creating impactful trainings and documentation to make sure the knowledge is spread among the Customer Success and Sales teams

Requirements:

• You are graduated from a top engineering or business school
• You are fluent in Italian, English and French
• You are customer, problem and impact oriented
• You have a first experience in a tech environment
• You demonstrate methodological rigor
• You have a strong team spirit and have experience working with CS, sales, tech, PM, marketing teams
• You are an excellent communicator and are able to share your vision
