Our Team

Marketing has a key role to play in understanding the market's expectations in order to generate a strong lead generation and to promote the Zenchef brand in France and in Europe.

Your role

Within the marketing team your role will be to define the social media strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), to execute the plan from A to Z, to measure the impact of your role in order to create a real engine of growth and visibility for Zenchef.

Key Missions

  • Definition of a specific social media communication strategy
  • Conception, writing and publication of an editorial line and planning
  • Interact, animate and organise events with our different communities (restaurateurs, fans, followers, internet users, etc.)
  • Social listening: management of e-reputation and regular feedback on social media sentiment
  • Reporting, assessment, analysis and optimisation of actions carried out using analytical tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Promotion and campaign management to promote your content

What are we looking for

  • You have already worked in the SaaS industry (B2B)
  • You are constantly seeking innovation and inspiration by searching content, testimonials, best practices... You love to share your findings
  • You have the ability to track and measure your actions
  • You have previously deal with tight situations and you know how to keep it cool & calm
  • You can easily switch between all platforms and communication channels and interact with different types of people
  • You like to play with words, content and creativity
  • You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)
