Your Role

Zenchef is growing, and so is its Sales Team! As a South Regional Manager reporting to the Field Sales Director, you are responsible of the:

  • Team facilitation
  • Team's performance
  • Collaboration with other teams
  • Administrative management inherent to the position
  • Respect for rules and values

You manage 5 Field Sales who go on the field to meet the restaurant owners to ensure the demonstration of our product and the closing. 

They are based in Marseille, Nice, Lyon, Annecy and Switzerland. 

Key Missions

  • Team management: lead and manage a team of Field Sales, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Forecasting and reporting: monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare accurate sales forecasts & reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Training and development: coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams: marketing, product, and other internal teams to align sales strategies, share market insights, and drive overall business growth.
  • Performance evaluation: regularly assess the performance of the sales team, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as necessary.

What we're looking for

  • You have a strong sales experience and a good understanding of the competitive environment and business standards
  • You have an excellent product knowledge, as well as the tools used within the sales team and at Zenchef (Salesforce, Notion...)
  • You can justify your strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to simplify and explain complex concepts
  • Yo know how to to combine thinking and action with a sense of challenge and enthusiasm
  • You speak both French & English (Read, Write & Speak)

Important : This job requires to have a driver licence and to travel regularly to the sector of Marseille, Nice, Lyon, Annecy and Switzerland (company car included).

You'll be our rockstar if

  • You have a significant sales experience in a B2B environment
  • You have a first experience as a Sales team Manager
  • You know the restaurant industry, food tech and how it works
