Your Role

As People Partner, you are responsible for our Talents fulfillment & retention such as cascading the People strategy and supporting its implementation. You are the go-to-person for managing the full experience of the employees from onboarding to offboarding. You will work closely with all the People Team (Talent Acquisition, People Experience and Compensation & Benefits). 

You will act as the right-arm of the VP People and collaborate actively on every topic in the People Team roadmap to ensure that the People agenda remains aligned with the company goals and the field challenges and to make sure that we deliver value on time.

You embody at all time our Culture & Values: you will work across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that we provide an excellent people experience in every interaction.

Key Missions

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the integration of our new joiners. You will partner with both managers and employees to enable them to be in the best place to perform their job
  • Be the point of contact for every employee during their journey at Zenchef
  • Define and implement Talent Retentions strategies
  • Contribute on a daily basis to the management enablement of all our leaders
  • Ensure that we comply with all employment law regulations and practices in France
  • Identify improvements to existing processes and any opportunities for elevating the operations of the People team
  • Collaborate with the People team on the yearly roadmap, making sure we bring value at the right time to our employees
  • Define, measure and improve the People Analytics

What we are looking for

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner position
  • You have already worked in the Software Development Industry 
  • You have strong analytical skills and you are Data oriented
  • You have knowledge in French Labor Law
  • You are Employee Value Driven: you are able to walk in employee shoes to understand your audience
  • You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)
  • Last but not the least…. You share our passion for Food & Tech!

You'll be our rockstar if...

  • You are familiar with the SaaS industry, ideally in an international environment
  • You have already worked on Management Enablement Program implementation
  • You have already worked in a scale-up
