As a Customer Onboarding administrator, your role is to ensure the successful implementation of Zenchef services for our clients, while guaranteeing that we deliver the expected added value. Your main responsibility is to ensure a smooth transition from Formitable to Zenchef for our remaining clients.

As a member of the Customer Onboarding team, we are responsible for delivering the expected value to our clients during the onboarding phase. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience with our products and services in order to drive strong customer satisfaction and adoption.

🧑🏼‍🍳 Your Responsibilities

• Independently manage the implementation of Zenchef for our current Formitable clients.

• Preparing each account for our customer facing Onboarding team..

• Assist our customer facing team setting up their accounts to provide a smooth transition into Zenchef.

Requirements

🍽️ What You Bring to the Zenchef Table

• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and interpersonal skills.

• Patience and the ability to share knowledge clearly.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written, read, and spoken).

🤩 Compensation package:

• Basic annual salary of 33,700 EUR per year (including holiday pay)
