Your Role

You will work hand-to-hand with the VP People to implement and continuously improve Zenchef Compensation & Benefits policies. 
You have the ownership of all the topics linked to Payroll and Staff Administration. 
You will be a key point of contact for all managers and employees, providing them answers and guidance. 


Key Missions

  • Prepare and drive the monthly Payroll cycle, making that everything goes smoothly and on-time
  • Create and update all legal documentation regarding Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Ensure the compliance regarding Contract & Addendums creation & modification
  • Implement process, Q&A, documentation to help all employees better understand our Compensation & Benefits system
  • Update all employee datas in our HR Information System and enable everyone on how to use the platform
  • Create and maintain People Analytics dashboard and reporting
  • Manage relationships with external providers on all topics linked to Payroll, Staff Administration & Benefits
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team from hiring to talent retention by giving them benchmarks and guidelines around Compensation & Benefits, wherever they are recruiting
  • Work closely with the VP People, to define and implement an innovative and competitive Compensation & Benefits strategy (salary, bonus, benefits) in line with our culture, strategy and business objectives
  • Collaborate with the People team on the yearly roadmap

What we are looking for

  • You have a first experience managing Payroll & Staff Administration topics
  • You have already worked in the Software Development Industry (knowledge about SYNTEC)
  • You are rigorous and precise, paying close attention to details
  • You are well-organized, making sure that you deliver things one time while managing different topics at the same time
  • You have strong analytical skills and you are Data oriented
  • You are Employee Value Driven: you are able to walk in employee shoes to understand your audience
  • You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)
  • Last but not the least…. You share our passion for Food & Tech!

  • You have already worked on projets around Remuneration Review and Compensation evolution
