Zeliq was created early 2023 by Dorian (CEO, ex. Hivency co-founder), Victor (CTO, ex. Pumpkin co-founder) and Guillaume (COO).

After working in several industry Dorian identified the same pain for almost all of them: the lack of outbound culture.

Thus he decided to create Zeliq to provide a SaaS solution that empower sales teams by revealing accurate prospect data and turn them into clients

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Design Intern to join Zeliq. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and sales teams, contributing your skills to enhance our visual communication across various platforms. From social media content to PowerPoint presentations, websites, videos, and motion graphics, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling materials that effectively represent our brand and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop visually appealing and engaging graphic designs for various marketing and sales materials, including social media content, infographics, presentations, brochures, banners, and advertisements.

  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience, ensuring that all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and visual identity.

  3. Update visual assets for our website, including landing pages, icons, and illustrations, to improve the user experience and drive engagement.

  4. Design eye-catching and informative PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex information in a visually appealing manner, supporting our sales team’s efforts.

  5. Assist in the creation of videos and motion graphics, including editing, animation, and special effects, to enhance our online presence and promotional campaigns.

  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, digital media, and visual communication, incorporating innovative and fresh ideas into your work.

  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines.

  8. Contribute to the maintenance and organization of our digital asset library, ensuring that all design files are properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible for future use.


Profil recherché

  1. Currently pursuing a degree or diploma (Bachelor or masters) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva) and other relevant design tools.

  3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

  4. Solid portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various mediums, including digital and print.

  5. Familiarity with video editing software and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.

  6. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that all designs are visually appealing and aligned with our brand identity.

  7. Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  8. Effective communication in English and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback into your work.

  9. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
