Human-virtual agent interactions are nowadays commonly used as innovative means of communication within several customer relationship verticals : callbots automatically process customer service requests and chatbots assist website visitors while they navigate through different pages.

Founded in 2017 by Franz Fodéré, veritable customer relationship expert, Zaion is the European leader on the conversational bot market as its innovative customer relationship solutions augmented by Artificial Intelligence automate iterative tasks while maintaining a natural interaction throughout the whole customer journey. In the context of its ground-breaking contributions to the French and international AI ecosystem and in order to support Zaion’s ever-increasing ambitions by retaining and motivating our share of the best and brightest talents on the market, we are looking for our next Office & Happiness Manager.

Reporting to our Financial Director and our Head Of Talent, your main responsibilities shall be the following :

• Act as the principal gatekeeper of the overall smooth running of our Parisian office. Oversee overall adherence to office policies and procedures.
• Manage office budget (liaising with staff, suppliers and clients). Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
• Implement and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Manage executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments.
• Put a smile on everyone’s faces every morning by partnering with HR to maintain office policies as necessary and assisting the onboarding, orientation and follow-up of the integration of our new employees.
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
• Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
• Ensure filing systems are maintained and current. Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Managing of our CRM as well as reporting tasks.


Profil recherché

On your end, you :

• Have fair previous experience (one year minimum) within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Are digitally savvy with a good understanding of customer relationship and AI.
• Have impeccable written and oral communication skills.
• Have a perfectly polished personality and are a data lover with excellent people skills.
• Have solid work ethic and ability to adapt quickly.
• Are perfectly fluent/native French speaker with a decent level of English.
