Let’s talk about your future role! Why this position is so important?

Your mission within Corporate Recruitment Team:
Effective realisation of recruitment processes, campus management events and employer branding initiatives for all brands in our group in order to build great People Culture!

Duties:

  • Effective realisation of recruitment processes (methods: job advert, direct search, cooperation with universities, social media etc.), 10 -12 recruitments at a time
  • Building and realisation of campus management calendar (forums, webinars, heckatons, etc.)
  • Employer branding communication via social media and job boards
  • Being an engaged member of a team (yes, it is very important for us 😊) and bringing innovating solutions that help to realise duties with a pleasure
  • Being an advisor for hiring managers and supporting them in recruitments
    Administration support of internship and alternance recruitments

Profil recherché

You are an ideal candidate if:

  • You are effective in recruitments conduction and always curious how to make it even better (previous experience 2-3 years)
  • You know last recruitment trends and you have experience in direct search
  • You think out of box and you have at least 3 solutions for each problem
  • You know how to manage and prioritize many tasks efficiently
  • You speak fluently in French and English
  • You love contact with people and supporting them (if the problems appears you do not write an email but call directly to find a common solution)
  • And lastly it will be good if you have education in HR field, but if you have an experience, knowledge and readiness to realize great projects, we are waiting for you!
