What we are looking for

Yubo is looking for a Trust and Safety Team Leader for the UK market.

Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust & Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the Yubo experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world.

As a Trust and Safety Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing complex and evolving content moderation escalations from end to end. You’ll be involved in sensitive escalation management involving high priority cases, and will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment in applying policy enforcement guidelines and addressing brand risk.

Responsibilties

Admin/Management Tasks

  • Manage a team of specialists that process safety related issues
  • Monitor and report to Leadership on volume spike, and assign tasks to the team according to priorities on a daily basis
  • Monitor individual and team productivity based on targets and KPIs, and report on it accordingly
  • Assist with Live Safety Specialists schedule assignment
  • Assist with process and procedures related to safety issues and guidelines breach
  • Lead weekly meetings to share overall team and company updates
  • Conduct regular 1-1 with your team
  • Attend Leadership meetings and provide operational and productivity updates and reporting

Processes & Collaboration

  • Identify and establish new process needs to improve overall team efficiency
  • Collaborate and communication with Leadership on project implementation and rollouts
  • Work closely with the Content team, Investigation team, Support team and Community team to knowledge share among all specialists
  • Oversee and assist QA/Live Safety Specialists with escalation processes

Training

  • Work closely with the Safety QA team to update training materials
  • Assess new policy needs and share with Leadership
  • Attend leadership and skill related trainings to stay on top of new processes and practices

Team Engagement & Development

  • Create and manage new member’s onboarding and training plan
  • Organize team events with Trust & Safety Leadership
  • Regularly engage in team channels for team bonding purposes
  • Assist Leadership with recruitment and interview process
  • Set up individual development plans for career pathing & performance improvement

Profil recherché

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in content policy, anti-abuse; community management or customer support operations, reviewing content, and working with vendors.
  • Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation work hours as needed.
