What we are looking for

🔥Your challenges as HR Coordinator at Yubo

The vision of the People and Culture department at Yubo is to make Yubo the greatest place to work for all… This “all” includes people who fit with our culture and values but also our skills needs.

Under the supervision of the Head of People & Culture, you’ll be joining a team of 3 fantastic colleagues dedicated to achieve this vision. You’ll also work with the other teams who are brilliant, fun and kind people.

As the HR Coordinator, your role is important because you’ll contribute directly to the achievement of this vision with the increasing of the team (60 in July 2021, 100 in January 2022 and 150 in January 2023)

Your responsibilities will include (not limited to) :

  • Facilitate the administrative experience of the employees through the collection of variable elements of payroll, the writing of contracts and amendments
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new comers
  • Contribute to various People Projects : Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, Employer Branding
  • Implement new ideas/projects that we didn’t already imagine…

  • English is an easy way to communicate for you, oral or written.
  • Extremely rigorous, accountable and well-organized, you’re not afraid to manage different missions/projects in the same time
  • Creative and open-minded, you’re the one in a project who has the craziest ideas
  • Easy-going, kind and fun, it’s a pleasure to work with you
  • Transparent and benevolent, you know how to communicate in a good manner with the rest of the teams
  • Very curious, you keep an eye on last HR trends
  • It’s your last year of study in Human Resources or Management and you’re interested to work in a tech startup thanks to an apprenticeship which has a rhythm of 2 days per week at school and 3 days per week at school

Déroulement des entretiens

  • First fit interview with the Head of People & Culture to know more about you (45 minutes)
  • Test our application to validate your appetence for our product and have your feedback on it
  • Technical test to validate your skills (1h30)
  • Fit interview with the People Experience Manager and the Lead HR Safety to validate the fit with the People & Culture Team (45 minutes)
  • Fit interview with the CEO and COO (45 minutes) to validate the fit with Yubo
