We’re looking for an incredibly talented individual to lead the global team and operations for our Live Safety Team within our Safety department.

You’ll work closely with the Heads of Moderation and Support Operations within our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters.

Your mission:

• Lead the global Live Safety Team, strategy, and operations.

• Work closely with our tech team to develop and improve safety tools and features.

• Coach, train, and manage our Live Quality Assurance Manager and other managers within the Live Safety Team.

• Further develop the team’s skills and knowledge.

• Develop our processes, policies, and safety strategies for lives.

• Keep your pulse on the industry to stay aware of new issues, safety tools and features to continuously improve our tools, strategies, and policies.

• Collaborate with other departments on cross-team projects and initiatives.

Preferred experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position within a safety team.
• People oriented and passionate about team wellness and happiness.
• Product oriented and passionate about helping to develop new tools and features.
• Experience working with tech teams and creating product specifications for feature implementation.
• Interest and passion for the tech, social media, and app industry.
• Previously worked for a tech or social platform in a safety role.
