We’re looking for an incredibly talented Quality Assurance Manager to help us build the foundation of our QA Operations within our Investigations Team.
As a member of the Investigations Team, your mission will be to own the design & implementation of a scalable QA strategy allowing us to help our team members reach their full potential, while ensuring the trust and safety of our community.
This location is in the United Kingdom or France and will report to the lead Safety Manager.

Your Mission

  • Collaborate with HR on hiring and training new QA Specialists to create a quality onboarding experience and scale the team effectively.
  • Develop procedures, policies, and standards with the Safety Department Lead to create the best training materials.
  • Develop team members in an environment where they can excel through encouragement, empowerment, and desire continuous learning and improvement.
  • Review & analyze investigation scenarios on a daily basis to collect data and monitor team performance.
  • Report on key metrics to help us understand improvement possibilities, whether they are at the people or process level.
  • Provide practical business insights from data to improve Support policies and processes to create the best possible user experience.

Profil recherché

Preferred experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a coaching or QA role within a Support or Safety Team.
  • Experience scaling QA operations.
  • Data driven and process-oriented mindset. Proven expertise in analyzing and reporting on operation metrics.
  • People oriented. A passion for developing your team, and the ability to inspire others.
  • Previous experience in the gaming, social media or entertainment industries- big advantage.
  • Worked with global and remote teams previously.
