We are looking for a highly creative, talented and experienced visual designer to help us build our Yubo brand story over time. As part of the Design team, you are responsible for conceptual ideas and activation of content within the product, leading and driving the creative process from brief to delivery. Your amazing conceptual power and exceptional art direction skills that you bring to the team will be put to use daily.

What will you do ?

• Create the art vision for Yubo
• Push the limits of art creation in order to excel in terms of art quality
• Ensure art direction homogeneity and alignment of the brand/product
• Assist product team on creating the most effective art production pipelines
• Facilitate and manage alignment between product needs and other external departments
• Pick AAA outsourcing talents and freelancers to support production loads.

• Product Art Direction (ability to think in user experience and user interfaces to create products)
• Application Design (Experience shipping iOS / Android apps)
• Various art styles and love for art direction for broad audiences
• 3 years + of experience in the social industry as an Visual Designer or Art Director, managing multiple projects.
• Creative approach and drive, ability, adaptability and emotional intelligence to inspire the company and our community.
• Highly proactive, organized, self-driven, customer focused, a great team player and always with a smile.

• Entrepreneurial or early-stage startup experience
• Product Design (ability to think in user experience and user interfaces to create products)
• Application Design (Experience shipping iOS / Android apps)
• Prototyping Ability — Flinto, Protopie, etc.
