We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on our business teams needs. You will be our company’s voice to attract top talents and build a strong employment brand and culture. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and retaining the candidates through a quality experience.

Your missions

Sourcing:

  • Leverage all possible candidate sourcing channels in order to attract top talent to meet our current and future needs on business teams positions (Sales, Marketing, Customer, Admin...)
  • Become an expert in identifying and engaging passive talent, implement up-to-date sourcing strategies
  • Be a true culture ambassador to spread internally and externally Yousign’s culture

Recruiting:

  • Manage day to day, full recruiting cycle from sourcing to managing candidate all along the recruitment process (manage simultaneously at least 10 open positions)
  • Partner directly with business hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs, define requirements and coach on innovative and best recruiting practices
  • Screen and pre-qualify applicants with agreed criteria, candidate’s skills and motivations 
  • Contribute to strategic projects that have company-wide impact (increasing diversity of candidate pipelines, animating the referral program, participating in recruiting events …)

Reporting:

  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs, create reports, identify areas for improvement, and creatively look for ways to increase efficiency.
  • Track recruiting funnel metrics and results, performance data and recruiting goals 

  

You have

  • 3-5 years of sourcing and recruiting experience either in a recruitment firm or/and in-house recruitments
  • Already worked in English and French, you are fluent in both
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of business oriented profiles 
  • Knowledge of startup and SaaS culture/landscape
  • Deep experience leveraging social media, community sites, industry groups, and internet sourcing platforms to find hard to reach candidates
  • Ability of driving a day to day, full cycle recruitment, working on numerous recruitments simultaneously
  • Gets things done, delivers fast, smart, pragmatic, adaptable to a rapidly changing environment, able to multitask
  • High level attention to detail, self-starter, huge energy and passion for results
