You will join the “People & Culture” department, made up of the following teams :
- Talent Acquisition team : in charge of the full recruitment process (Business & Tech) as-well as employeur branding projects.
- People Ops team : in charge of office management, staff administration and processes/tools optimisation.
- HRBPteam: a real business partners for managers to help them develop their teams. Today, there is everything to build in this function!
In our context of hyper-growth, your role as HRBP will be key.
The objective is to be a trusted business partner for the managers in your area and to guarantee an outstanding employee experience in an international environment (France, Germany and Italy).
Your tasks :
HRBP organisation
- Work cross-functionally with managers and the "People & Culture" team (Talent Acquisition, Admin, People Ops, Office Manager) to analyze issues, provide solutions and work on initiatives to improve the quality of the employee experience,
- Build and implement the HRBP organization and initiatives aligned with the company's global strategy (career path, training, compensation, internal mobility,...),
- Work on the compensation and benefits policy for France and international,
- Anticipate and carry on the structural changes linked to our hyper growth,
- Update dashboards in order to monitor and analyse different KPIs,
- Conduct market trends and innovations to ensure that our practices evolve.
People development and retention
- Manage the experience of +200 Yousigners from the onboarding to the offboarding and measure their engagement in collaboration with our People Ops,
- Build a successful “learning and development program” that replies to our employees needs,
- Create a career path journey for each team to ensure internal mobility,
- Act as a coach and advisor to managers on all people subjects,
- Measure employees satisfaction,
- Spread Yousign’s culture.
Your profile :
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP in a SaaS/Tech/Digital sector in a fast-paced environment,
- You have experience in program design and execution/project management,
- You have already been working on career development and training,
- If you have experience with the CSE it is a plus,
- You are organized and able to manage several subjects at the same time,
- You proactively propose solutions to problems and are autonomous,
- You have excellent interpersonal skills from C-levels to individual contributors,
- We are expanding internationally, so a good level of written and spoken English is essential.
