📋 Context

As Support Ops Engineer, you will join the TechOps Team at Younited, in charge of development requests and ensuring that all business applications work.

Your responsibilities :

  • You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a range of new products and services to meet the needs of the business and its customers,
  • You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of a new product or service, including the development of a new product or service, and the implementation of a new product or service,
  • Collaborate with the development and infrastructure teams on N3 tickets,
  • Administer SSRS / PowerBI reporting solutions, in SQL and GCP datalake environments,
  • Administer Azure objects (SQL, Cosmos, Storage, Azure AD, App, etc…),
  • Support developers on the CI/CD process,
  • Write procedures for the level 1 support team,

You will also be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assist in the writing of post mortems,
  • Participate in on-call duties.

Profil recherché

🤝 It’s a match if …

  • You have more than 3 years in application support,
  • You have Knowledge of SQL,
  • Scripting : you have knowledge of one of the following languages: Powershell, Python, shell,
  • You have development skills : knowledge of C# for code reading and stack trace would be a plus,
  • You have lnowledge of GIT, CI/CD, Azure Application Insights and experience in a cloud environment (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP),
  • You have knowledge of a C tool such as Terraform or equivalent,
  • You have knowledge of SQL Server administration,
  • You have experience in an Agile environment,
  • You have professional English,
  • You like challenges, the entrepreneurial spirit, and the dynamism of start-ups,
  • You are adaptable and have a strong sense of initiative,
  • You are autonomous, reactive and have good stress and priority management skills,
  • You have a great sense of service and you are a good communicator.
