📋 Context

Our hyper growth ambition led us to look for a Head of Project Coordination for our Project community.
This community owns the project management workflow, the release train management methodology and has leadership in cross-functional project management.

Your mission as Head of Project Coordination: Within the Project community, you are responsible for the smooth delivery of our transversal projectsor features regrouping business actors, Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Support Engineers. You will be in the driving seat of the creation of new high value business products that have the aim to revolutionize the finance world of tomorrow!

Your responsibilities :

Lead and drive the project management workflow

• Evangelise good project management practices within your team and for the whole company,
• Produce project reporting materials and establish a global synthesis,
• Participate actively in our [daily, weekly] release management sessions,
• Design and supervise the project management KPIs,
• Build and maintain the overall ambitious roadmap in collaboration with the roadmap team,

Actively and enthusiastically participate in our weekly Product Owner Community and Project Coordination Community sessions and the animation of the project community life. (weekly meetings, special events),

Organise cross-Younit demos in order to present new features or projects,

Manage the Project Coordinators of the community :

• Coach them on best practices,
• Help to construct their career paths,
• Assist them in finding their own solutions to the challenges encountered,
• Be an ambassador for Younited’ s values,
• Organise the recruitment of new community project managers.

• You have a master’s degree from an Engineering or Business School (specialised in Project Management) or a university equivalent,
• It has been at least 5 years since you have left the school benches behind you, but you have been flourishing in similar jobs since then (Product Owner, Application Manager, Project Manager in an agile working environment, etc),
• You like being in contact and interacting with different people, even the most demanding of them,
• You like creating and imagining original solutions to complex problems,
• You are interested in the financial world,
• US is not just a big country,
• You remain happy when people talk about API,
• For you, being agile is a lifestyle choice; you like to reunite your family every morning for a stand-up breakfast (#StandUpMeeting),
• The words « Simplification » and « Prioritisation » are part of your vocabulary and allow you to create and maintain efficient good quality products,
• You like a challenge,
• You are driven by the dynamics of a start-up, and you have an entrepreneurial spirit,
• Needless to say, you are cool, nice, open minded and have a sharp critical mind,
• The successes of your team you celebrate, the mistakes you assume,
