As People Strategy Manager, your mission will be to support the entire People team & act as an accelerator of growth by leading strategic HR initiatives which will help us scale.

Because Welcome to the Jungle has strong ambitions in terms of international development, and is growing very fast, this position is instrumental in our People team and in the People strategy we want to build on a long term perspective.

You will work closely with the leadership team and report to the People Operations Manager.

The People People Strategy Manager will be in charge of :

Project management

Identify internal needs and launch new People initiatives or programs which will help us scale, with a test-and-learn mindset,
Partner with the People Team (Talent Acquisition, HR BP and Employee Experience) and key stakeholders throughout the organization to prioritize people operations roadmaps,
Analyze key people data to draw insights & empower our people team decision making processes,
Build global innovative and transversal projects or programs : run weekly meetings, create commitment & motivation and ensure coordination with other teams,
Support local teams to facilitate the change in all teams or countries,
Analyze key people data to draw insights & empower our people team decision making processes.

Operational support & problem Solving

In a context of rapid international growth, drive evolution of our HR tools, including our HRIS, in line with the company and People team main stakes,
Dive deep into various work streams, learn about them and help your stakeholders improve their processes,
Jump into every blocking point and do whatever needs to be done for the success of the projects or programs (such as remote, recruitment trainings, parentality, diversity & inclusion, etc.),
Regularly measure program adoption to identify rooms for optimization.


Profil recherché

Strong experience (+ 5 years) in people project management/ Chief of Staff working for a HR consulting firm or in a fast-scaling environment,
You have strong communication and analytical skills,
You know how to drive projects and bring them to life with strong attention to detail and pragmatism,
You have a “People-first” mindset,
You have the ability to interact with different cultures, nationalities and stakeholder groups,
You can deal with several topics at the same time and can easily adapt to changing situations,
You are a fast learner and a problem solver,
You are fluent in English
