Job description

In order to support and fuel our global expansion plans, we are scaling our People Operations Team and recruiting a Senior HR Data Analyst.

Reporting to our Senior HR BP, your mission will be to support our People team and internal stakeholders by leading and using key people data to enable better decision making processes.

You will be responsible for:

HR Data Analytics, Reporting & Solutions

  • Challenge your key internal partners (Comex & leadership team & HR BPs) in order to identify, calculate and maintain up-to-date key people KPIs,
  • Prepare monthly /quarterly reports
  • Analyzing people data in order to bring questioning, potential conclusions between topics
  • Maintaining the accurate data in our HRIS, including uploads, audits and data cleaning,
  • Participate in optimization of the existing and new HR tools,
  • Setting up processes and tools in order to collect data in a sustainable & long-term way,
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and simulations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support our semi-annual compensation review process, alongside the Chief People Officer and HR Business Partners,
  • Build a comprehensive market intelligence for employee rewards in our different markets and contribute to our C&B policy construction,
  • Monitor the review practices on the local markets (France, Spain, Belgium and Czech Republic),

HR Budgeting

  • Build and monitor People budget,
  • Perform monthly budget variances analysis and initiate budgetary control actions

What can you expect ?

  • You will be working with different stakeholders, on key HR topics and projects,
  • You will build and deploy HR initiatives and solutions which will impact the People and leadership team decision making processes
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment which requires both proactivity and creativity

Preferred experience

  • You have 5+ years experience in a People Analytics role,
  • Excellent understanding of HR Processes (Core HR, Compensation, Performance, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & development, etc.),
  • You are data driven, and have problem solving skills,
  • You demonstrate extreme attention to detail,
  • You like to build processes and projects from scratch,
  • You are proactive in proposing and implementing new tools and solutions, in a fast-paced environment that requires innovation and creativity,
  • You speak both French and English fluently
