Growing the Product & Tech team to support and drive our company growth is exciting but it also comes with organizational challenges! To work well as a team we need to streamline the way we operate across the squads and within the product team.

While we firmly believe that teams need to be empowered with autonomy to build great products, we also need to balance autonomy with alignment to scale our operations. This means setting the right level of structure through shared practices, methodologies, tools, etc.
We are thus looking for a Product Ops to support our product operations, especially when they impact teams outside the product team.

Main Responsibilities :

• Reporting directly to the CPO, you will work within the Product Team to :
• Help Squads to iterate on the product development process to strengthen alignment on tactical and strategic initiatives
• Continuously improve the operational infrastructure for Design, Product and the Engineering teams to increase their efficiency and their impact
• Implement and configure tools and automation as needed by the teams. In particular, you will help the teams to better manage product feedbacks and close the feedback loop
• Organize Product rituals within the organization to foster communication and alignment to enhance the best impacts
• Define and measure operational KPIs and provide teams with the necessary perspective on them so that they continuously improve

Ensure that our product organization has constantly the right framework to remain user centric, agile and efficient. And yes, it can mean retro engineering things sometimes :-).

We are looking for a talented Program or project manager with the following criteria:

• 4+ years of experience in a Project Manager role in a challenging and fast-paced environment (e.g., consulting) with an operational/down-to-earth dimension
• A proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple and demanding stakeholders
• You have good knowledge on agile methodologies and strongly believe that only collective intelligence can solve the hardest problems
• Strong analytical skills, self-driven, curious, proactive with a problem solving mindset
• Great communication skills in English and French
• Able to work with geographically dispersed remote teams
