Job description

As a talented and inspiring Care Agent Executive, you will join a 2-people team waiting for additional hands to handle & achieve a great mission : build a premium user experience.

Your main mission will be to ensure reactive and effective support to clients and users, coordinate with other teams (product, tech, operations) to solve problems, and facilitate the usage of our products (Welcome to the Jungle, Welcome Kit, Welcome Originals, and new ones launching soon).

Here’s a snapshot of your future missions:

  • Support: understand and manage inbound requests from clients and users and solve users and clients problems with practical solutions
  • Knowledge base content creation: create and organize the knowledge base for all the products and use cases, make propositions of new formats and optimization of existing ones.
  • Project management: make precise report of feedbacks and bugs to the Tech, Product and Marketing teams, and work together with them to implement new processes for constant improvement and search of excellence.
  • Reporting: Track the productivity and efficiency indicator of support, & participate in making them better & better.

Preferred experience

At Welcome to the Jungle, we are all coming from (really) different backgrounds, that’s our main strength!

Our Care Agent Executive would be someone with:

  • Previous experience (2+ years) in customer support
  • Immediatly available to start for 4 months CDD
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Great written skills both in French and English
  • Strong interest in SaS products: talking about software, data, and tech is music to your ears!

In addition, the Care Agent Executive would have to present the following qualities and mindset:

  • Empathy and care for others: helping people is something important for you, from Monday to Friday!
  • High level of energy and can-do attitude
  • Organized and structured
  • Able to coordinate and confederate different teams around key projects
  • Curious and resourceful: a reactive problem solver
  • Interest in employer branding & recruitment is a plus!
