IEC Manager - Worldline Financial Services

We are looking for a talent representing Worldline Financial Services in our Innovation Center in Paris

Responsibilities :

#1: Event Manager (dedicated to FS)

Manage all requests from Sales to organize customer’s visits with C Level contacts
Maintain all materials related to show-case / customers or consumer’s journey on a centralized digital space
Facilitate efficient collaboration between sales/technical operations/labs/marketing resources
Demonstrate IEC and high level presentation of available showcases of Worldline Financial Services.
Moderation of client workshops

#2: Promote Innovation Experience Center both internally and externally

Create Campaigns to promote the usage of IEC towards Sales
Develop contents and messaging, then create & drive initiatives like playbooks, blogs, articles, white papers, press release, social media posts, presentation digital marketing, events)
Success stories with Marketing (customer reference, social media)

#3: Reporting

Prepare minutes of meetings and follow-up of assigned actions
SPOC for all FS IEC related information flow to global sales ops, CMO Sales, and management reporting

#4: Ad-hoc and Special projects

Support global and local teams in transversal projects like cross GBL initiatives
Support the management on ad-hoc requests like planning trainings, sales navigator license, consultant list etc.


Profil recherché

Candidate profile:

Master’s degree (or MBA) level education in business management, engineering, economics or similar courses
Knowledge of the Payment Industry as a provider of digital solutions, technologies, solutions, and services into the industry
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tough deadlines
Pragmatic, Collaborative, Customer and Business Focus, with high degree of initiative and autonomy
Professional communication skills with experience of interacting with senior management
A demonstratable successful track record of communication and marketing
Strong cross collaboration skills working with multiple teams (global, local).
Ability to work in a multifunctional team and with global teams and different cultures
Comfortable with basic office tools like MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint)
Language: French / Fluency in English is a must
