Missions

The HR Team is growing up and creating the first Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech profiles.

Directly attached to the Head of HR, Patricia, and joining a team of 4 people, your role will be to support the growth of our tech team.

Your role includes :

•  Managing the whole recruiting process: brief, CV screening, organizing the interviews using our ATS TeamTailor
•  Recruitment the best Tech profiles: Backend Developer (PHP/Symfony) ; Frontend Developer (React/Typescript) ; QA Manager ; DevOps ; Data Engineer …
•  Coaching the Hiring Managers to help them become better recruiters
•  Acting as a brand ambassador and ensure the best possible candidate experience
•  Setting up KPI & reporting
•  Participate to Tech events, job fairs...
• Create an inclusive recruitment strategy - Worldia has signed the IDEA Pact and we want commitments to turn into actions
• Keep in eye on any innovative TA market trend
• According to the company’s growth: hire & manage a junior profile

    Lets talk about you

    The skill set to succeed:

    •  You have at least five year of experience in a recruiting company or ESN
    •  You have strong sourcing skills: boolean searches on LinkedIn, Github...
    •  You are fluent in English

     You have the right mindset if:

    • You are known for your interpersonal skills and your ability to interact easily with different types of profiles
    • You have the positive attitude! And can endure the roller coaster of recruitment
    • You are organized and can follow several recruitment processes at the same time
    • You have an entrepreneurial mindset: a lot of ideas and a will to roll-up your sleeves to build the recruitment capability at Worldia

     

    Recruitment process

    -A call with Céline, Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your career plan and your fit for the role at Worldia - 1 hour

    - Interview and live assessment with Patricia, Head of Human Resources, to assess your skills & your alignment with HR team - 1h30

    - A visio call with Manuel, VP Engineering, to share his vision and discuss the way you operate - 30 min

    We target a 3-week-long hiring process.
