Missions

The HR Team is growing up and creating the first Talent Acquisition Manager - Generalist position.

Directly attached to the Head of HR, Patricia, and joining a team of 4 people, your role will be to support the growth of our non-tech teams.

In the next 6-12 months, the key results expected are:

• Monitor a recruitment plan for 40 hires on various positions in 2022 (Operations, Tourism production, Marketing, Sales, support functions and International branches). It involves being able to build sourcing strategies from scratch for new roles on new markets - example: how to conduct the first hire on the Spanish market?
• To be the reference point for the new implemented ATS - TeamTailor - and create the attached Career Site
• Structure the recruitment process along with the hiring managers (using the balanced scorecard methodology, structured interviews) and set up the Talent Acquisition KPIs and Reporting

In the next 12-24 months:

• Create a strong employer brand in the Travel industry : tie-up with tourism schools, participate to job fairs
• Create an inclusive recruitment strategy - Worldia has signed the IDEA Pact and we want commitments to turn into actions
• Keep in eye on any innovative TA market trend
• According to the company’s growth: hire & manage a junior profile

 

Lets talk about you

The skill set to succeed:

• You have a previous experience in a Talent Acquisition position in a fast-paced environment
• You have already conducted structured interviews and complex recruitment processes
• You have project management skills and ATS knowledge
• You are fluent in English

You have the right mindset if:

• You are known for your interpersonal skills and your ability to interact easily with different types of profiles
• You have the positive attitude! And can endure the roller coaster of recruitment
• You are organized and can follow several recruitment processes at the same time
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset: a lot of ideas and a will to roll-up your sleeves to build the recruitment capability at Worldia

 

Recruitment process

- A call with Céline, our TAM freelance, to better understand your career plan and your fit for the role at Worldia - 30 min

- An interview and a live assessment with Patricia, Head of Human Resources, to assess your skills & your alignment with HR team - 1h30 hour

- A meeting (visio) with Grégoire, CEO, to share his vision and the way you operate - 30 min
