Missions

As part of a 5-persons Finance team (accountants and management controller) based in our Paris and Berlin offices, you will be responsible for:

- Provide timely, accurate and relevant financial reporting for France, Germany and UK, in collaboration with operational teams,

- Prepare performance review documentation to management which includes financial, key messages and relevant analyses,

- Structure and follow up the performance plan in consistency with Group requirements/targets,

- Ensure appropriate administrative procedures, processes and reporting are in place and respected,

- Propose relevant enhancement of process.


    Let's talk about you

    - You have at least 2 years' experience in a management controller role,

    - You will have at least a bachelor degree (DCG),

    - Organized and rigorous, you are also proactive and able to suggest process improvements,

    - You enjoy working in a highly autonomous environment (your team and/or your manager work remotely),

    - Excel holds no secrets for you!

    - You are perfectly fluent in English, Being a French speaker is a huge plus.


    Recruitment process

    - A Video-call with Margaux, Talent Acquisition Recruiter, to better understand your career plan and your fit for the role at Worldia (30 to 45 min),

    - An interview with Michaël, Chief Financial Officer, to evaluate your hard skills and the way you operate (1hr)

    - A meeting with your manager, Nicolas, Management Controller (1h).
