We are looking for dynamic, passionate and idea-driven candidates to join the International Team at Worklife. You will be working closely with a Senior country manager to grow both Worklife and Yoopies brands and services in the UK. The role is a great mix of sales, marketing, communications, user experience and data analysis skills, and you will get full on-the-job training to learn any skills you don’t already have.

Your duties

B2B Sales and Account Management

• Identify and qualify exhisting and new prospects;
• Prospecting and relaunching leads through different channels (email, social networks, calls) as well as on a pre-qualified basis of contacts;
• Achieve a monthly target of qualified appointments;
• Transform your prospects into new customers;
• Account management: Ensuring customer sales follow-up (progress, reports, invoicing, etc.)
• Develop relationships of trust with all our contacts.

Business developer

• You will analyse the market and the culture to adapt Worklife products to it;
• You will find and manage partnerships to promote the value of Worklife in your Country;
• You will build engagement campaigns to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction;
• You will participate in acquisition campaigns to drive traffic;
• You will write content articles/posts and PR campaigns to drive traffic and brand awareness;
• You will be responsible for the Customer Care and the site’s UX;

We are looking for you if:

1) You are passionate about startups, you regularly use sites like Airbnb, Blablacar, Vinted etc, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to learn independently, work hard and challenge the team with new ideas.

2) You consider yourself an open-minded person and are already based in Paris or are interested in moving to Paris (this role may be open to being partially / fully remote depending on the candidate)

3) You are very familiar with British culture and have a good vision of the childcare and home care market. And you are a native British English speaker with excellent writing skills.

4) You finished your studies or you are about to finish and you look for your last internship, but we are looking for someone who can be available to stay with us for a long term adventure!
