Under the responsibility of our Finance Controller, Léa, your mission is to provide support for financial, administrative, and HR activities. For this, you will be in contact with a large majority of the teams and employees of the company.
You will be involved in the following tasks:
Accounting:
- Monitoring and updating customer and supplier databases
- Managing customer and supplier invoicing:
- Generating, sending, and monitoring customer invoices
- Verifying, recording, and monitoring supplier invoices
- Centralizing supporting documents
- Transmitting documents to the accounting firm
Finance:
- Updating various cash flow tracking files:
- Based on actual cash flow and its variations
- Taking into account customer outstanding balances
- Considering all disbursements
- Using the billing forecast provided by the operational team
- Management of unpaid reminders
Administrative:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks (incoming/outgoing mail, archiving, expense reports, travel arrangements, management and ordering of equipment, etc.)
- Monitoring and updating existing processes
HR:
- Managing and monitoring personnel files
- Monthly preparation of the bonus table
- Entry of payroll variables (meal vouchers, bonuses, etc.)
Profile :
- You are a student and you are pursuing a BAC+2/BAC+3 degree
- In Business Management license
- In BTS Business Support (PME management assistant, assistant manager, administrative assistant)
- In BTS Accounting and Management
- You are looking for an apprenticeship contract for a duration of 12 months
- You are comfortable with office tools: Office suite, invoicing software, payroll software.
- You are organized and autonomous
- You have good knowledge in accounting and management.
- You have some understanding of social law
