To support our expansion in France and Europe, we are recruiting our future Head of Finance on a permanent contract. Reporting to the co-founders, you will be involved in all financial, administrative and legal matters, and in particular in the launch of our international business.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Accounting :

• Draw up monthly closings at Group level;

• Coordinate various accounting firms in France and abroad;

• Lead the internalization of accounting;

• Finalize ERP migration.

Management control:

• Produce monthly reports, monitor financial KPIS, analyze performance and cash flow;

• Implement financial monitoring tools;

• Draw up budgets and business plans;

• Prepare reports for top management.

Administration :

• Audit and optimization of internal processes - particularly collection processes;

• Participation in financing assignments (leasing, loan research, BPI files, tax credit files);

• Supplier management, checking purchase invoices, preparing settlements and paying invoices;

• Monitoring the opening of international subsidiaries;

• Follow-up of legal issues (in liaison with our law firms).

Eventually, you will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team in France.

We are interested in your application if you… :

• Master’s degree in finance, economics or management control.

• You have 5-6 years’ experience, including a first experience in a consulting firm followed by a first experience in a start-up.

• You have already supported development on an international scale.

• You have an appetite for working in constantly evolving environments, and your pro-activity enables you to structure your position.

• You speak, read and write fluent English.

• You are rigorous, detail-oriented and confidential.

• An ability to manage and understand the challenges and needs of our supply chain.
