Join Wooclap’s Growth squad as an SEO/Growth Marketing Officer Intern and help drive our user acquisition efforts! Wooclap is a well-established EdTech company in Europe with over 50 million users and hundreds of thousands of active users. As we grow, new challenges arise: we are expanding into new industries in France and entering the USA and Canadian markets.

Your main focus will be to boost Wooclap’s online presence through SEO, targeting teachers in the USA/Canada and trainers in France.

You will join the Growth squad (an agile, cross-functional team of 1 Marketer, 1 Product Manager, 1 Data Scientist, and 2 Growth Engineers) and their rituals. The team operates in short 1-week sprints with weekly planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. As part of this squad, expect much collaboration with Marketing, Product, Sales, CX, and Tech departments.

👑 Responsibilities

  • SEO (70%)

    • Increase Wooclap’s domain authority and online visibility by:

      • Designing and executing a link-building strategy by identifying new channels of link acquisition, developing partnerships with relevant websites or companies, and building repeatable processes with existing partners.

      • Enhancing existing web pages through semantic analysis, competitor monitoring, and user analytics

    • Weekly reporting on Wooclap’s domain health and SEO progress by using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console

  • Growth (30%)

    • Assist the Growth Marketing lead with various growth actions:

      • Weekly/bi-monthly growth reporting, covering Acquisition, Activation, Monetisation, and Churn data.

      • Help scope technical projects for the squad’s Growth Engineers.

      • Collect user insights through interviews to better understand our user personas.

      • Suggest new growth ideas and strategies.

      • Participate in various marketing, revenue, or product-related tasks as needed.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: Previous internship experience, ideally in a startup or digital/tech company in a marketing/sales/business role.

  • Initiative: Proven ability to take initiative.

  • Learning: Strong desire to learn and face new challenges in a cross-functional role. Must have proven interest in growth, marketing, product management, or startups.

  • Independence: Ability to find information and solutions independently.

  • Flexibility: Comfortable with changing environments. You can adapt quickly.

  • Performance-driven: You understand the importance of metrics.

  • Language: Fluent in French and English (mandatory).

  • Communication: Excellent communicator, able to express and present ideas clearly.
