As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the French speaking markets at Wooclap, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business in the French-speaking markets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and increasing our market presence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, identify key players, and gather competitive intelligence.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media.

  • Prospecting: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by nurturing relationships with prospects.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present Wooclap’s value proposition, and schedule meetings.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless transition of leads.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the Product Team based on prospects interactions to help refine and improve Wooclap’s offerings. Work closely with other teams, such as Marketing or Sales Operations.

📦 Package

  • 6 months full time contract

  • Internship in Paris, in the dynamic and central co-working space of Schoolab

  • Paid internship (1200€ Gross)

  • Training and development - Woocredits (75 euros) to enable you to purchase learning resources (online courses, books, etc.) during your internship!

  • €11 meal allowance per day worked with Swile card

  • Reimbursement of up to 50€ per month for your Public transportation

  • Macbook Air to work in the best conditions.

  • Reimbursement of the cost of a cell phone subscription up to €50 per month.

  • Hybrid Policy - 1 day of Home-working per week


Profil recherché

  • French 🇫🇷 native & fluent in English 🇬🇧 (we’re an English-first company!)

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and an internal drive to continuously hit targets.

  • You thrive to get things done. You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
