Descriptif du poste

As part of our new UK Supply team, your role will be to expand Naboo’s collection of partner venues and ensure a smooth booking process by providing clients with complete, reliable, and relevant information.

As first UK Partnership Manager, you will play a key role 🔑: (i) establishing partnerships with hotels and seminar venues, and (ii) maintaining a trusting relationship with these partners.

During this exciting journey, your responsibilities will include:

  • Expanding Naboo’s Supply

    • Identify new venues and services (restaurants, transportation, activities)

    • Support hosts and service providers during their onboarding process

    • Create and update content related to venues and services (listings)

    • Ensure a high-quality, competitively priced offer for our clients

  • Assist the Operations team in managing event-related aspects of seminars

  • Train new team members

  • Suggest improvements to internal workflows

  • Contribute to product development

  • Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo’s direction

Profil recherché

Déroulement des entretiens

Step 1 : Video call with a team member (30 minutes)

Step 2: Speed dating with 4 to 5 team members (1.5 hours)

Step 3 : Final interview with the COO (30 minutes)
