Descriptif du poste

WITH is looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert in order to accompany and nurture the growth of its business and organization.

As such, your main responsibility will be to manage a high volume of recruitment processes from A to Z for a diverse range of digital marketing profiles (consultants and project managers) while maintaining high standards.

  • Obtain a strong and in-depth understanding of the requirements and standards of the hiring managers and teams in order to fully pre-screen and qualify suitable candidates.

  • Define and implement sourcing strategies in order to actively and efficiently recruit for current open roles as well as establish strong talent pools and facilitate an accurate and constant pipeline for WITH’s ambitious growth plans

  • Lead and orchestrate recruitment processes with hiring managers and teams across our different offices in Europe (Paris, Madrid, Geneva) in all sectors of the business, interviewing and selecting candidates, sending resumes and arranging interviews, whilst also ensuring timely feedback is provided to all candidates

  • Help structuring and constantly optimizing all tools and processes, ensure close reporting and take actions to keep on improving candidate experience and recruitment process effectiveness

  • Develop stronger relationships and coordinate with target schools (business & communications schools), in order to fuel candidates pipelines for internship and apprenticeship positions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a pool of candidates within the digital marketing sector across all expertise functions, i.e. consultants and project managers, specializing in Social Marketing, Social Media, Analytics, Asia Marketing, e-Commerce, etc

  • Keep up to date with current innovative recruitment techniques, attend networking and industry events

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers

  • Actively contribute to HR Projects related to WITH Employer branding, onboarding processes, etc


Profil recherché

Requirements & key attributes:

_ Minimum 2 year of experience working in recruitment roles, either within a recruitment agency or as an internal recruiter
_ Experience with using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Job boards
_ Experience of successfully managing a high volume of positions, demonstrated experience in managing 10+ roles across numerous locations
_ Highly resourceful, flexible and creative in solving problems and strong sense of urgency to prioritize and orchestrate tasks and deliver on time while ensuring the highest quality standards
_ Accountable and responsive ; able to deliver outcomes effectively, people-oriented and results-driven
_ Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure, maintains a diplomatic and professional approach to work in all circumstances
_ Strong attention to details and technicalities, excellence-driven
_ Business acumen and keen interest for the beauty, luxury, food & beverage industries
_ Proven success working with all levels of management
_ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill sets
_ Fluent in English and French, Spanish and Mandarin would be a plus
